Conference Fees:  
Under 5 Years Old Free
From 5 to 10 Years Old £20.00
From 11 to 15 Years Old £30.00
Over 15 Years Old £40.00
The fee contributes towards the cost of hiring the premises, equipment, publicity, speakers' travel and other expenses, catering and miscellaneous overheads. It is heavily subsidised and we DO NOT make any profit. The fee is fixed per category and cannot be readjusted to suit individual situations.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD AT THE LEICESTER UNIVERSITY HALLS OF RESIDENCE AND NOT AT THE UNIVERSITY ITSELF.

1. Arrival date is on Friday 27th of August 2004. Registration will start
at 11:00 a.m. insha’Allaah. Please note that queues build up rapidly during registration. Therefore please be prepared for delays.

2. Brothers and sisters will have their respective places for registration, and
will be directed to their own places via sign-posts and stewards.

3. Registration forms received one week before the Conference may
neither be considered nor acknowledged.
A valid telephone number is essential in this case. We advise you to come along anyway, but you must be prepared to face extra delays and accommodation problems.

4. People who have received their tickets confirming accomodation have priority. TICKETS CAN ONLY BE ISSUED WITH PRIOR PAYMENT, THERE IS NO ADVANCED RESERVATIONS. If you come and try to register on the day you may not get any accommodation at all!

5. Please use one form per person unless you are coming as a family, or as a
group of brothers only or sisters only. This will ensure accommodation together.
Please photocopy the registration form if necessary. You can also print it from this web site.

6. For those coming as a family, we will insha’Allaah try our best to put
them up all together or in adjacent rooms. However, this is not guaranteed
and boys at the age of 14 years and over will have to be accommodated separately in the brothers' section and no exceptions can be made!

7. Persons attending the Conference for only a day (either Saturday or Sunday)
are requested to register too, as this would help reduce administrative problems.
However, such persons would be charged only for the day which is £20 (for
adults) and includes the costs for meals. People attending for the day should not
expect accommodation for the night.

9. Brothers and sisters will be put in University Halls of Residence. Please bring your sleeping bags if you have one, or other suitable sleeping materials insha’Allaah.

10. Please write your name, address and phone numbers clearly on the registration form. This will help us to contact you if we are able to arrange for any transport in your city insha’Allaah.

11. Acknowledgement, ticket and a map on how to get to the Conference will be sent to you insha’Allaah upon receipt of your registration form.

12. Sisters are reminded to bring with them whatever they might need for personal hygiene. Mothers are reminded to bring with them all their baby-care items.

13. Participants are expected to attend breakfast on time. Meals will not be available after their time.

14. All lectures and discussions will be in English. If necessary, any Arabic used will be translated.

15. A programme will run in parallel for younger participants to cater for the needs at their level, insha’Allaah.

16. All scholars (both from within and outside England) are selected for their strict adherence to the way of the Qur’aan and the Sunnah and the programme is intensive - we hope to aid the learning process by distributing suitable literature for most of the topics covered by the Conference insha’Allaah.

17. There will be a book stall available where participants may buy Islamic books, audio and video tapes.

18. There will be a crèche facility for children under five, insha’Allaah.

19. Tuck-shops will be provided insha’Allaah for the participants where they may buy eatables like burgers, chocolates, crisps and biscuits at very reasonable prices.

20. First Aid will also be available insha’Allaah together with resident doctors.

26. Please do not bring any books or literature to distribute as this will strictly not be allowed.
