Arrival date is on Friday 25th of August 2006. Registration
will start at 10.30 a.m. Please note that queues build
up rapidly during registration. Therefore please be prepared
for delays.

Brothers and sisters will have their respective places for
registration, and will be directed to their own places via
sign-posts and stewards.
3.
Admission is by ticket only. Registration forms can
only be considered while places are still available. Tickets
are absolutely non-transferable.
4.
TICKETS CAN ONLY BE ISSUED WITH PRIOR PAYMENT and CORRECT
COMPLETION OF THE REGISTRATION FORM. THERE IS NO ADVANCED
RESERVATIONS. If you come and try to register on the day
you may neither be allowed in nor get any accommodation at
all!
5.
Please use one form per person unless you are coming as a
family, or as a group of brothers only or sisters only. This
will ensure accommodation together. Please photocopy the registration
form if necessary. You can also print it from the JIMAS site
at http://www.jimas.org/conf06/conf.htm
6.
For those coming as a family, it is not guaranteed that they
would be accommodated together or in adjacent rooms because
this depends on rooms availability. Boys at the age of
14 years and over will have to be accommodated separately
in the brothers' section and no exceptions will be made!
7.
Persons attending the Conference for only a day (either Saturday
or Sunday)
must register too and obtain a ticket from us. The fee is
£25 (for adults) and includes the costs for
meals. People attending for the day should not expect
accommodation for the night.

If
you come on any day and contribute £50 in advance then
you are entitled to attend any and all days. If you have arranged
your own accommodation then we recommend that you come on
Friday before the first session and contribute £50 per
adult (and £10 or £30 or £40 for the other
categories on the table above). This will enable you to benefit
from the conference on every day which we would like you to
do.

9.
All rooms are single bed rooms in the University Halls of
Residence. Please bring your sleeping bags or something
similar. This is essential because all rooms are shared.
10.
Sisters are reminded to bring with them whatever they might
need for personal hygiene. Mothers are reminded to bring with
them all their baby-care items.
11.
Participants are expected to attend all meals on time
especially breakfast. All meals are strictly available at
their stated times only.
12.
All lectures and discussions will be in English.
13.
There will be crèche facilities for children up to the age
of 7 years old.
14.
A youth programme will run in parallel for participants between
the ages of 8 to 13 years that includes sports. Guardians
are requested to bring suitable footwear for them.
15.
All speakers are selected for their competence in their knowledge
of the the noble Quran and the blessed Sunnah and their ability
to deliver their teaching in an effective manner in good English.
The programme is intensive.
16.
There will be various stalls at the event. Books and audio/video
material will be sold at discount prices.
17.
Tuck-shops will be on site selling tea, burgers, chocolates,
crisps and biscuits.
18.
Resident doctors and First Aid will be on hand during the
conference.
19.
In case of emergency during the event, please contact a steward
or access the information desk.
20.
Please do not bring any books, literature or advertising
material to distribute as this will strictly not be allowed.
21.
