Conference Fees (costings per room) remains the same as last year!

The fee is all inclusive (lectures, accommodation, meals for the whole event)

You need to make your own travel arrangements. JIMAS provides limited coach services at additional costs.

Standard Room (communal bathroom facilities) £150.00
Standard Room can accomodate maximum three per room £50.00 per head
En suite room (own bathroom facilities in the room) £195.00
En suite Room can accomodate maximum three per room £65.00 per head
The fee contributes towards the cost of hiring the premises, equipment, publicity, speakers' travel and other expenses, catering and miscellaneous overheads. It is heavily subsidised and we DO NOT make any profit. The fee is fixed per category and cannot be adjusted to suit individual situations. Last year we had a shortfall of £5,000. This year the university charges will be approximately £10,000 more than last year but we have kept the fees unchanged!
