Doors open at 9.30 a.m. To avoid crowding and
delays please try to come at 9.00 a.m. for registration.
2.
Brothers and sisters will have separate halls
for listening to the lectures and will be registered
at separate desks.
3.
TICKETS CAN ONLY BE ISSUED WITH PRIOR PAYMENT
and CORRECT COMPLETION OF THE REGISTRATION FORM.
SEATS CANNOT BE RESERVED WITHOUT ADVANCED PAYMENT.

Admission is by ticket only. Registration
forms will only be considered on the day if seats
are still available. If you come and
try to register on the day and there are not any
sitting spaces left, you will not be allowed in
and will need to go back!

Tickets are absolutely non-transferable.
6.
Please use one form per person unless you are
coming as a group. Photocopy the registration
form if necessary. You can also print it from
the JIMAS site at http://www.jimas.org/conf09/appform.pdf
7.
Children not allowed - there are no creche
facilities - places are very limited so do apply
early. Please do NOT bring any children with you.
8.
This is a non-residential event and participants
must make their own arrangements for accommodation
if needed.

Participants will NOT be served any meals outside
the stated time.

All lectures and discussions will be in English.
12.
There will be limited stalls at the event.

Please do not
bring any books, literature or advertising material
to distribute as this will strictly not be allowed.
