Those
who attend the event as part of the stalls
must register as any regular attendee.
A
stalls fee is an additional one-off charge
(similar
to an installation fee or a connection charge)
Anyone
who wants to have a stall at our conference must
apply by contacting the Stalls Manager. Our Stalls
Manager is brother Akhter Raouf, and he will
deal with your inquiry and application. The stalls applications
and management is his responsibility along with his
team. He will either fax, email or post you an application
form.

Applicants
may find that during office hours he cannot always answer
your call. Please leave a voice message together with
your phone number and he will return your call.
Basically
no food items, books and audio-video material can be
sold.
Please
read the terms and conditions carefully and related
text on this page and let us know exactly what items
you want to sell.
Stalls
applications have to be obtained from
and approved and dealt by the Stalls Manager
and there are no exceptions to this.
PLEASE
NOTE:
| 1.
All charges must be paid in advance. |
| 2.
Stalls not registered properly and without a valid
contract form will be removed. |
| 3.
All goods must strictly conform to Islamic requirements
or they will be removed. |
| 4.
Any equipment brought by stallholders must be agreed
before arrival and must not pose any type
of hazard for the Conference participants. |
| 5.
Once established, stall positions cannot be changed
without the Conference management's prior permission. |
TERMS
& CONDITIONS:
1.
Under no circumstances will any person be allowed to
set up a stall unless they have applied and have been
accepted by the Conference management and in particular,
the Stalls Manager (Akhter Raouf).
2.
All stall individuals must register for the Conference
in the normal way, paying the advertised fees. This
is in addition to the stall charges.
3.
The Conference management reserves the right to accept
or refuse any application at their discretion without
disclosing their reasons.
4.
The Conference management reserves the right to stop
immediately the sales of any goods at the Conference.
5.
The conference is divided into male and female areas.
Only one stall per applicant is allowed in each area.
If you wish to have a stall on both sides, then this
constitutes 2 stalls.
6.
Stall booking fees are non-refundable.
7.
Strictly no food, drinks, book or audio/video stalls
are permitted. These will be provided entirely by
the Conference organizers themselves. We also do not
permit the sale of water guns, water balloons or projectile
based toys.
9.
Unauthorized advertising material will be confiscated
and not returned by the JIMAS staff.
10.
Stalls can be setup from 9 a.m., Saturday 23rd of May.
All stallholders must have their stall closed and cleared
by 7 p.m., Sunday 24th of May.
11.
All fixed charges must be paid before the Conference.
12.
By signing the contract, the applicant agrees to all
the conditions stated therein.
13.
Contravention of any of the above
conditions will result in the closure of the stall.

No
stall holders will be permitted to turn up on
the day
and then request space or facility without prior
booking.
|
The
stallholder is responsible for ensuring that all rules
and regulations are strictly adhered to and that all
rubbish is cleared at the end of each day.
JIMAS does not provide any overnight storage and does
not accept any responsibility for any loss of goods
during the conference.
Any
breach of this agreement
will result in your stall being cancelled/removed
