INVITATION LETTER
SPONSORSHIP FORM

This year's annual Fasting Fundraiser free banquet - a community wide sponsored fast organised by JIMAS - is in aid of the Town Kids Trust (UK Charity No. 1120317).

Join JIMAS & the Town 102 team in abstinence for a day! It doesn't have to be giving up food or water - it can be other ways of your choice - maybe not eating sweets, not looking at Facebook, not smoking or not becoming angry! Prizes will be given to most creative fasts, most sponsorship obtained, youngest participant, and those who bring the most guests.

For every one who joins in this fun way for people to come together and raise funds for Town 102 Kids Trust - supporting local families with children - JIMAS will pledge £10.00. Last year we raised £3,000 for EACH Treehouse Appeal so we need all the help you can give to beat that!

All you have to do to take part is to email jimasevents@hotmail.com to register. Let us know what you're going to abstain from and we'll send you a sponsorship form, or you can download it from here - in case you'd like to raise some more money.

DATE:
Wednesday 24th August 2011
TIME:
6.30 p.m.
VENUE:
Corn Exchange - GRAND HALL,
King Street, Ipswich, IP1 1EG

JIMAS pledges £10.00 for each person from a non-Muslim background who fasts on the day in any form chosen.

A ceremony of free banquet, quiz, prizes, cake cutting and a cheque to Kids Trust will mark the occasion. Last year we managed to donate £3000 to EACH Treehouse Appeal through the Ramadan fasting Fundraiser.

To take part & confirm attendance or for more information, please call 07935 086487 or e-mail jimasevents@hotmail.com
